Doomsday Cult Mom: One - THE MISSING CHILDREN

Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow-Daybell, have been known as the ‘Doomsday Cult Couple’ on social media ever since Lori’s two children, Tylee Ryan aged 17, and 7-year-old Joshua Jaxon (JJ) Vallow, were reported missing in September 2019.

But who are they?

Lori Vallow-Daybell, a beautiful, five-times-married, all-American woman, and mother of three seemed to have it all. That is until the authorities were asked to look into the supposed disappearance of 7-year-old JJ. But Lori laughed it off at first in a performance worthy of an Oscar. She assured police officer’s her son was in safe hands and being shielded from people who intended to harm him. But she was lying.

Soon after, it came to light that not only had JJ vanished, but Tylee also had not been seen for weeks.

Chad Daybell, widow, father, author of several doomsday book series, and Lori’s fifth husband seemed quietly spoken, but there is far more to Chad than meets the eye. Could there be something more behind the untimely death of Tammy Daybell, his wife of almost thirty years?

Before authorities could execute a search warrant on Lori’s Idaho home, the couple fled to Hawaii. They were tracked down in January but the kids were still nowhere to be found. Lori was arrested on 20th February 2020 after refusing to turn the children over to the police or child welfare officials.

Lori Vallow’s striking good looks aren’t the only thing that appears to have come straight out of a Hollywood movie set. Her history had been plagued with death and devastation too.

In 1998, Lori’s sister, Stacey Lynn Cox Cope died suddenly of supposed undetermined causes. Was this the beginning of the run of bad luck that has plagued the family? Or was there something much more sinister at play even back then?
Joseph Ryan, Tylee’s dad, also died unexpectedly in 2018, fourteen years after he and Lori divorced, yet Lori was the beneficiary of his life insurance. Six months after his death, his sister, Annie Cushing, gave police a recording of Lori saying she’d considered murdering him during a custody battle. However, Phoenix police reviewed the original autopsy results and confirmed the initial conclusion – he died of natural causes. But because Joseph had been cremated, they were unable to perform any further examinations. Did he die of natural causes or did somebody get to him? It wouldn’t have been the first time. Alex Cox, Lori’s brother, had been jailed in 2007 for using a taser on Joseph and threatening to kill him following a custody battle over Tylee.

And since her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, was killed by her now deceased brother, Alex, all eyes are fixed firmly on her. Will she be charged in connection with his death?

Alex’s own death is in itself strange.

Did he know too much?

Will he be the fall guy for all the other murders? Is this why Lori and Chad have appeared so smug all the way through? Will they point the finger of blame at him for every single death?

The autopsy says Alex died of natural causes yet he had the overdose drug, Narcan, in his system. Had he been drugged?
Will we ever find out what really happened to JJ and Tylee?

Join us while we examine the evidence so far.

Please note, because this case is yet to be heard before a court, the findings in this book are mostly hearsay and speculation and by no means meant to form part of an official opinion.
